Wow, I haven't updated this since November.....bad Mommy!! Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Valentine's Day have all come and gone. We have had wonderful holidays and the boys are doing great.
Nicholas is getting bigger everyday and we can't believe he is going to be a year old! He is taking about 5-6 steps all by himself and we know he could be walking if he would just get the courage. He finally has learned how to get down the stairs and we are looking forward to the days of no gates! He isn't talking very much (big surprise...who could get a word in edge wise in this family) but he does say Mama, Dada, Bye Bye and Hi. I am sure it won't be long before he is chatting up a storm.
Thomas is great, very almost 4!! He continues to make us smile and laugh daily with his antics. The words that come out of this childs mouth continue to amaze us. Just the other day he said....."Mommy, Nicholas surely does love that toy, doesnt' he". Now, where did get that one? He is getting excited for the nice weather to get here and stay (as we all are), he says he can't wait to go swimming in the pool with his brother.
We have had our share of the sickies this winter. Thomas got the rotavirus right after New Years and then both boys have had the flu. Mommy got strep throat, Nicholas a sinus infection and Thomas an ear infection. We are ready for spring and to air out the house!!!
We have such a busy next few months between birthday parties and weddings, parades and holidays. I will be heading to Atlanta in about a week and a half for a friends wedding. Kelli and I have known eachother for about 25 years so it will be great to be a part of her special day. Daddy and the boys are going to have a great weekend by themselves(hopefully not making too much of a mess). Thomas will be riding in the Snake Saturday Parade in North Kansas City with his school next weekend and he is so excited to wear green so nobody pinches him!!

Well, I hope spring finds everyone happy and healthy! Hopefully I won't wait another 3-4 months to post again!!
